Salaman, Redcliffe
(1874-1955)
   English pathol-ogist and geneticist. He was the director of the Pathological Institute of the London Hospital from 1901 to 1904. In 1926 he became director of the potato virus research station in Cambridge. His writings include Jewish Achievements in Medicine and Racial Origins of Jewish Types. During World War I he served in Palestine, and published Palestine Reclaimed.
